Adult softball registration to close

The registration deadline for the TAAF/USSSA slow-pitch adult softball leagues organized by the Rockwall Parks & Rec Department is Feb. 14. Season play begins Feb. 25. Team fee is $325. Teams will be guaranteed eight games, plus the top four teams will have a final night of playoffs to determine division winners. Games are played at the Tuttle Athletic Complex. ĎLittleí spring sports programs scheduled

The Little Kickers, Little Sluggers and Little Dribblers childrenís sports programs are about to get under way. Sessions will run from 5 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. Feb. 18 through March 27 and from 6:15 p.m. to 7 p.m. April 15 through May 22; Kickers will play on Mondays, Sluggers on Tuesdays and Dribblers on Wednesdays. Chandlerís Landing Tennis events set

The Love Bites Mixer at Chandlerís Landing Tennis will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Call Peter at 214-402-0636 for more details. Faith, Heart & Sole Run slated

The Faith, Heart & Sole: 5K Color/Fun Run honoring Surie Baeza will take place Feb. 23 at the Wilkerson-Sanders Stadium, 1201 T.L. Townsend Drive, in Rockwall. The event is designed to create awareness about and educate people about domestic and family violence while providing information about resources available in the community. Scholarship Golf Classic set March 23

The 2nd Annual East Trinity Masonic Scholarship Golf Classic will take place March 23 at the Buffalo Creek Golf Club. Entry fee for the Florida scramble will be $125 per golfer or $400 per team; show time is 11:30 a.m., tee time is 1 p.m. Corporate banner and hole sponsorships remain available.
